NO, the items and projects were not delivered on time and always gave excuses to keep asking for more time to finish the project. Even when finished, the software was so horribly made and did not work as I had asked

That they are SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Sure the price is good, but you are about to make business with scammers with false identities of "Mark, Sean, Matthew" (ALL FAKE NAMES) who will not deliver on time, will not give you the desired outcome, and god forbid they host your website because they will lock you out of your website and then ask for money in order to "fix it" and give it back to you

Yes, they could close their scamming business and stop stealing peoples money. They could have a good business and succeed but instead they decide to be sketchy.

It took us roughly two months to complete our new brand logo, from discovery to soft launch (and assets). After selecting a logo, we began creating wireframes and are currently working to finish our website.

• The association and its board of directors are quite pleased with the results. The team and Board of managers are immensely satisfied with how the logo and rebranding turned out since it gives our organization a more contemporary representation of what we do and a brand that shows our connections to the distilled spirits industry from "grain to glass."

Meetings with Denny and Mary happen every week or every two weeks, and email communication is currently functioning quite fine. We encounter regularly or biweekly in zoom meetings, and for the time being, email interaction works perfectly for this endeavor. We discuss the progress of ongoing projects and high-level updates so that the association can provide a quarterly report to the board of directors. As soon as the project moves into the web construction phase, Basecamp is used to upload files, update content, and maintain accountability.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that impressed us the most about Web Design Marvel was that, even though they were approached via cold email and had no prior connection to the company, they were incredibly enthused about the chance to rebrand and design for Spirits USA. They were easy to contact, they asked questions and communicated, they were very helpful with last-minute requests and input, and they produced something that the association couldn't have done on paper without the aid of a skilled design eye.

To put it mildly, the project has been agile, and team members have been able to react and adapt to delays (caused by scheduling or travel issues) as well as other unforeseen events that have occurred throughout the project. They are diminutive but formidable, and thus far, they have fulfilled their promises.

I believe the association could improve on this as well, but with an easily accessible shared drive. It's something the Association could improve on as well, but I believe that if they implemented Basecamp or invited the association to use Asana or another project management tool, it would make accountability clear and allow parties to assign dates and deadlines to one another rather than relying on me, the Senior Communications Manager, to communicate tasks between leadership and the agency.

I never was told I’m to make additional payments for SEO until now after 1 year. I should have been making more sales a little after launching the site
