to add video to my landing pageI created and supplied the video estimate of this time was one hour To add some pictures to my website, and to change the wording and fonts on some of my pages also guaranteed that they would make sure my checkout was working properly, including that automatic renewals with subscriptions would work, and tax for the various provinces.for the various provinces. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They promised to have the website completed in five business days which would’ve been in January 22, 2024, this was not achieved due to often the work provided was inferior and not done as to my very clear instructions, and often did very sloppy work. One example was the links on the landing page were to be linked to another page titled. How it works this was only achieved after I had to mention it. No kidding approximately 20 times.

They did not respond to my needs When I informed the company that I.I was getting very frustrated that the small revisions requested were not being completed or taking a very long time. They kept giving me false promises and said not to worry, but then nothing was done to make the project go faster.
They will take your money, and if the project seems to be more difficult than they anticipated, and requires a higher professional calibre of work, which, perhaps many other businesses might take, then they will do what they have done to me, and other reviews that I have read and just take the money And in this case they have also taken my website which I have already spent thousands of dollars my website was already almost 95% completed. They just had a few revisions possibly requiring about six hours to eight hours of work easily achievable in five business days and I was told that they have 50 other projects that they are working on and unfortunately they cannot give me high priority.

They thenDEMANDED I pay the other 50% of the deposit or they would take my website down which is what they have done, they wanted full payment for the project, and they did not want to complete the revisions as originally agreed to, stating they felt compelled to do this., because they thought I had too many revisions which is not true and if someone from your company clutch me, I can definitely show you examples of their poor quality of work and the emails between us.which is not true and if someone from your company clutch me, I can definitely show you examples of their poor quality of work and the emails between us. As we speak right now, this company has still stolen my website I feel that this company has put my company launch date behind by over five weeks where I have lost considerable income and is cost me at least 20 hours of my time having to contact this company on various occasions to remind them that they need to give me back my website,today the Today,, the manager made an excuse and said he had the weekend off but I contacted him on February 7, February 8 and February 9 as well. My sales consultant they believe that they already had my deposit and they just stopped communicating with me only until today when they found out that I was getting refunded my deposit from PayPal So again they demanded that I refund my refund., otherwise they will not give me back my website and there is no mention of completing my revisions as agreed-upon in our first invoice. This has been a very horrible company to deal with and they have similar reviews like this on. Trust pilot.
