They deliver all tasks on time and manage their workload through a shared JIRA board that mirrors our own priority system. This ensures full visibility and coordination between both teams.

We also hold weekly priority review meetings to discuss upcoming work, adjust priorities when needed, and ensure that everyone stays aligned with our product roadmap. The team is highly responsive to our needs — always open to feedback, proactive in suggesting improvements, and quick to adapt to changes in scope or timelines.

We found them on Upwork. Juliana created a short video that addressed some of the points in my job description, which was a nice touch. After a quick screening call, I thought they understood what my plans were and that I wouldn’t have to oversee the project too much. Additionally, their quoted price was within budget, which always helped.

We worked together from August–September 2025.

We brought in Webake Design to help with the UX design of an MVP game for children learning to read. They helped us define the main user flows and interactions, as well as the product’s initial information architecture. Together, we developed a low-fidelity version of the game for beta testing, which we also used during investment rounds.

The project was a great success. The most tangible outcome was the MVP of our product, which allowed us to easily test our value proposition with potential clients.
