WebCastle Technologies LLC was supposed to build our website and iOS and Android apps. However, after six years of working with them, they failed to deliver anything functional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WebCastle Technologies LLC delivered four incomplete modules and an app. The whole team was a bunch of amateurs, and we had to check and correct spelling errors. They even lost the whole designs three times and redid them. A true nightmare that lasted 6 years. I’m writing this to warn others and save them from the trauma I went through dealing with WebCastle. I spent 6 full years with them, investing a massive amount of money, hoping to build a professional e-commerce website along with Android and iOS mobile apps. 

How did WebCastle Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

From the beginning, their project management was chaotic. Communication was vague and unstructured, and every time we raised concerns, we were promised results that never came. The team kept missing deadlines, delivering incomplete or non-functional modules, and eventually abandoned the project altogether.

Even after repeated emails and polite follow-ups, we begged them to at least hand over the work so we could shift the project to another firm. However, they remained indifferent, careless, and highly unprofessional. They neither completed the work nor returned our files in a usable format. As a result, we lost not only six years of valuable time but also our entire investment.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with WebCastle Technologies LLC was a waste of time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

WebCastle Technologies LLC should stop the work, stop cheating people, and stop wasting other people's money and time.

I advise others not to work with WebCastle Technologies LLC.
