We brought WestMetric on to build the e-commerce headless checkout, optimize the pages for search engine keywords and manage our paid media on paid search, social and display.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They completed the website build from wireframe, staging and published it. We got a complete report on their SEO strategy and how they implemented it on and off page. We received a complete report on backlinks and they helped do the cleanup submissions to google search console. They also improved our page speed insights stats in just about 1 month. On paid, they posted unbelievable results on both versions of the site, our sales volume increased by at least 10% each week we worked with them. We saw minor hits to LTV and AOV but they did increase the raw sales and total rev.

Jay and Sam were very timely and delivered a plan early in the process and stuck to it. When I had questions they jumped in and shared screen to get us up to speed.

They're trustworthy, which is rare in the digital agency space. I could trust them to do their job. They always followed through.

I think they could use some improvement in their pricing structure, I felt like some of the services overlapped and they didn't give us discounts.

I found West Metric when I was searching for good social media ad agencies. I hired them to do ours because they were the cheapest. They did the pictures for the ads, they wrote the ads and got them approved by us, asked how much we felt like spending on those and posted the ads on facebook and instagram. We met once a month to review the ads performance.

We wanted to increase our client base and get more regulars in for service by reaching them on facebook.We wanted impressions and phone calls.

I worked with one person at West Metric and they gave me dashboard to look at the numbers. I got regular email updates weekly. They were good about answering questions.

West Metric was a lot lower cost than other agencies, which scared me a little, but they know what they're doing and accurately deliver my needs.

They were perfect.

• Our website had an outdated look and was built on a custom CMS platform that didn't provide any SEO benefits. The site was cumbersome and challenging to manage from an administrative perspective. We had a weak online presence and our search ranking was steadily declining each year. 
• To tackle these challenges, we enlisted the services of Westmetric to design, develop, and launch a new website on a flexible CMS platform with multiple plugin options. We still rely on Westmetric for their ongoing support with SEO and content creation.

Our project journey began with a series of web calls and discussions where Westmetric explained their services and presented proposals. After we accepted their proposal, we were assigned a dedicated project manager who served as our sole point of contact throughout the project. Having a single contact to manage the project timeline and route all our discussions through was a fantastic experience. Westmetric also provided excellent cloud-based tools that enabled me to communicate, review content, suggest changes, and approve content effortlessly. 

This process remained seamless throughout the project, right up to the website's launch. After going live with our new website, we were then assigned a content manager who became our primary contact for ongoing SEO and content creation. Every month, we receive a report detailing how Westmetric has improved our rankings, and our contact person holds a web call to walk us through the report and answer our questions. At no point during the project did we ever have to wonder what Westmetric was working on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Right when the project kicked off Westmetric started tracking the data of how our old website was performing and has used that data to compare how our new website is currently performing month after month. We have seen steady growth both in page views and lead generation and we have the unique ability to track all of that with some handy built-in tools that Westmetric has. Each month our assigned contact walks us through the performance report and shares with us next month's goals.

Our experience with Westmetric has been consistently positive. Their well-established processes and systems ensured our workflow was always efficient. Communication with their team has been top-notch, and all team members have been highly responsive. We were pleased to discover that Westmetric was willing to use the communication tools we were comfortable with, in addition to their collaboration tools. This flexibility made it easier for us to stay in touch throughout the project timeline.

What stood out the most was their exceptional level of service and communication, especially given their size. I have also come to value having a dedicated point of contact to handle all my inquiries, comments, and concerns. This personalized approach has been a unique and appreciated aspect of our collaboration.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WestMetric could have done differently?

In terms of criticisms, I don't have much to say except that their pricing is slightly higher than some of their competitors. However, I do believe their rates are justified because their services are comparable to having an entire in-house digital marketing team, without the added costs of salaries and benefits. Overall, I find their pricing to be in line with others that offer similar services.
