So far, they’ve been doing a good job. We’re recovering most of the money that we’ve invested, thanks to the new content and their marketing efforts. In fact, they’ve made one of our songs go viral, reaching 500,000 views on Instagram and more than 160 million views on YouTube.

They’re currently building a website from scratch, using WordPress. We shared our basic ideas, and again, they presented options along the way. They're also creating automated processes and SEO, including keyword search.

What was the scope of their involvement?

White Pencil is in charge of managing our social media. They take care of our Instagram ads, Facebook ads, videos, and static posts, while I supervise and approve content according to the requirements of our brand. For this aspect of the project, their team provides a social media calendar.  Some of our ads last only a day or two while others can last up to 15 days. White Pencil posts on a daily basis — or as the calendar commands — and reshares, reposts, or replies accordingly. 

Their team also provides PR services for us, assisting us with guest blogging and introducing our brand to other pet parents out there. They develop a content strategy that involves SEO and keyword research for my topics of choice. 

On top of all of that, White Pencil designs our blog and website. We can rely on them to conceptualize, create, and edit product videos and photography as well.

Two people are involved in social media management: one is in charge of execution and the other of supervising. We also work with one SEO specialist, two designers, and a project manager that acts as our main contact point. A creative head coordinates and manages their deliverables as well.

Our reach wasn’t very good, but now that we have White Pencil on board, our audience has increased by 75%. Our Google Analytics also reveals that our ranking has gone up. We’ve shown up on the first page among the top five results for several searches.

White Pencil is great when it comes to deadlines. I can also ask their team for changes or corrections, and they take care of it all.

They present their social media calendars to our CEO and co-founders using PowerPoint presentations, and we collaborate with their team through Google Sheets and Google Docs. We also exchange emails and have a shared WhatsApp group.

White Pencil understands trends really well and is great when it comes to ideation. I’m a fan of their creativity in that aspect. They do a great job of executing the work.

They could definitely improve on meeting deadlines. We’ve had delays one or two times, but they’ve been able to make up for it. They could also improve a little bit when it comes to their design.

Overall, our number of online sales has increased thanks to them. Timely updates in our inbox are more than enough to comment on their communication efficiency, and the team is good with communication. They keep us updated on every step, and the best part is that they keep everything in black and white. 

Initially, White Pencil provided weekly insights from the timeline, which they defined by the kind of resources they were using. We were happy about being informed from time to time.

In regards to sticking to our budget, they’ve been excellent. We were expecting a higher ticket size for the project, but they fit in the pocket. Our overall experience with them has been good; they’ve been really helpful.

For formal communication, we use emails. We also created a group on WhatsApp where we included a few of their team members so we could be updated in real-time.
