We hired WCWS to build a shopify site for us from scratch and customise it as per our preferences.

I happened to come across a friend's apparel website and liked how neat it looked. She then referred me to Praveen. I wanted a clean, attractive and easy to navigate website.

After discussing my requirements with him, I felt he understood what exactly I was looking for. He also made some relevant suggestions and I decided to work with them.

We had a kick off call and then I mailed all my requirements to them. It is a known fact that most of Shopify's themes have certain limitations, however I still wanted the theme I choose to display certain features like Sign-in pop up as a toggle but should not pop up and things like that , which had to coded and customised.

Mr. Praveen was my point of contact, however I think there was 1 backend developer as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have just launched our website, yesterday. Everybody who have visited have loved the look and feel of it. They found it very easy to navigate around the site and of course we had a good sale on day 1.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had too many requirements with the limited offerings of shopify. Praveen tried to fulfil most of it and patiently explained how shopify works and showed me the way around it.

Over and above that he also explained how facebook and google ads worked , how to set them up what results each set up would bring. He also explained how google analytics etc worked.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My overall experience has been satisfying and I am happy with how the site has turned out. However their response time can be quicker.

I wanted a website that was simple and easy to update. I also wanted to increase the number of enquiries and reach through a contact form. I wanted to build my personal brand.

I had previously worked with Praveen on another project where he was in charge of the entire Digital Strategy end-to-end. That project turned out to be extremely successful digitally. I also found him easy to interact and have the ability to understand what exactly the client requires.

What also sets him apart was that he does not use too much technical jargon when conversing. What also helped was that Praveen doesn't mind called a spade a spade, albeit politely. This attitude helped me to set expectations and know exactly what I was getting into.

Once I had decided upon Wild Creek, Praveen and I had a few calls to understand my requirement in detail. I was able to convey what I needed and how I needed to along with my aspirations.

Within a couple of weeks of discussions, his team was able to provide me with 3 sample designs that I was happy with. Once I had finalized the design, we went ahead with building the website. The website design was completed within the time-frame agreed upon.

Wild Creek is backed by a solid team that can create beautiful, eye-catchy designs and convert them into beautiful websites.

Praveen proved to be a consultant who gave me plenty suggestions for designing my site. It was not an engagement where someone would just execute something for the sake of doing it.

Within 1 week of my website launch, I was able to get 10 enquiries. 75% of these enquiries were legitimate and I was able to convert them into paying clients. The website is beautiful.

When I sent it to a bunch of people before launch, EVERYONE commented on how awesome the website was - crisp design and content. I'm extremely happy and have no qualms about the investment I have made. It has already given me the ROI I expected.

The timelines were adhered to and the team is a highly professional one. Praveen was gracious enough to accommodate the multiple add-ins and requirements I wanted, without any complaint.

Once we approved this, they started the execution by creating the campaign and got around to managing it for us. Right from creating the ad copy, targeting, ad creative and managing the day-to-day optimizing, we were constantly kept updated on what was happening.

Apart from that, he produces sponsored ads for us and works on the creative. The process for those efforts starts with identifying the demographics, geography, etc. Praveen also handles our PPC efforts and bases his efforts around our budget.

Before, I had to spend a lot of my own time on the efforts and found it difficult to earn leads. We’re now generating leads and receiving a lot of sign-ups. For example, for one retreat, we earned around 180 leads after a month-long campaign, and between 50%–60% of the leads are worth pursuing.

I haven’t had any challenges with their project management approach so far. Based on impressions or clicks, Praveen sends us an invoice so that part of the process is smooth. We communicate via email but can set up phone calls, if needed.

They really understand what we want and provide a tailor-made solution. Their team doesn't use a simple algorithm that follows the same steps for everyone.

My company started working with a client in the banking industry and we needed someone to help us with the SEO for this project.

Our immediate requirement was to help us with the SEO aspects for the site migration, improve the on-page SEO and implement technical fixes.

In addition to this, we wanted some links to be built during this engagement and create SOPs for various functions for the client's internal team to execute regularly.

Because this is a big site migration, the client did not want to lose any of the old pages. So, we were very keen not to have any 404 from the work that we had done.

Secondly we wanted the site to score a good onpage score which was measured using multiple tools - Ahrefs site audit, screaming frog and site bulb.

Our third expectation was to improve the organic traffic in the first 9 months.

Communication was spot on - we used emails and a Whatsapp group to have the conversation going with a fortnightly call over video.

Wild Creek was prompt, explained each and everything they did and why it was done (something that none of the previous vendors did) and he gave us so much information that at times we were wondering why would someone share so much.
