Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our company first deployed Maximizer more than 25 years ago, using it mostly for marketing. The culture of the sale team was very individualistic, with each team member doing their own thing. In the last few years, the company has grown dramatically, and the freelance approach to sales has become an inhibitor to growth. Reporting was largely manual, and it was labor intensive to measure activity. 

Client data was spread out in many places. We decided it was necessary to embrace the use of CRM fully, and to standardize how our sales team operates. This required a pretty big shift in culture and a fair bit of training and configuration to land where we wanted to go. We a good picture of what we wanted in terms of reporting, but less internal knowledge about how to make this work within the CRM. 

Our partnership with Wintec gave us the application specialization to make and achieve our goals incrementally, and to deal with objections as they came to light. By relying on Wintec’s CRM knowledge and experience we were able to utilize the native features of the CRM to deliver consistent reporting, manage the processes defined by the executive team and greatly increase adoption.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our team is actively using the system to manage their work rather than simple supplement reporting. The reporting is flowing from the CRM and is not being reproduced in other forms by each team.

Our plan was to move slowly at first. Wintec was able to move at our speed and drive the next steps. They kept us on track always setting up a reasonable and achievable next step. Everything was delivered as we needed it.

Wintec was able to understand our challenges and culture. They developed a plan and approach based on our mutually agreed goal. The path Wintec laid out in concert with the advice and guidance we received was excellent. We are very happy we chose Wintec.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wintec Group Inc. could have done differently?

We complete dozens of IT projects a year and know what a successful project looks like. We would not change anything about our CRM project with Wintec

We had been using BCM to manage our sales information for a long time. We made the decision to move from BCM, and engaged Wintec in the migration, configuration and training aspects of the project. We were able to get a quick start in our new CRM, with all of our existing data mapped properly. Wintec helped us set up the system for both sales and marketing to work together. We finished with training in campaign marketing that we continue to use regularly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to successfully training our own staff to manage the marketing outreach and business development. Doing this in a cost effective manner was a significant gain for us.

They worked at our pace and we progressed in stages. The majority of the time was spent working on the data conversion. They were on-time and responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really were looking for hands on help with the migration and to get us working with the Maximizer CRM. Thy did a great job in working with us and getting everyone using this. They also continue to help with onboarding when needed. Additionally, they also continue to help us to better use Maximizer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wintec Group Inc. could have done differently?

Wintec was very helpful. Wintec was really good at managing expectations during the sales process. They were also good in managing expectations.
