We hired Zenkoders to design and build HomeShare Portals, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for corporate housing management. The goal was to deliver a fully functional product with property listings, rotational scheduling, team management, and a client-facing portal built on a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase).

Key deliverables include a client-facing portal, an admin panel, multi-tenant authentication, property and employee management modules, rotational scheduling logic, and conflict validation. The platform has been built from scratch and deployed in a milestone-based format.Zenkoders has built the entire platform, including the design, frontend, backend, database schema, and deployment. We’ve provided the product vision, business requirements, and ongoing feedback throughout each milestone. The content strategy and brand direction have come from our side, while Zenkoders has handled all the technical execution.

Thanks to Zenkoders’ work, we’ve been able to give our clients a software solution that easily increases their quality of work with us and the efficiency of HomeShare as a business. Although the app isn’t in use yet, we project that our clients will see a 60% increase in their work efficiency with the software that Zenkoders has developed. We expect to start using the app and measuring these projected outcomes within two months.

At times offshore tech teams can be disconnected, hard to get ahold of, hard to communicate with or all of the above. Zenkoders stands up there with any onshore provider in terms of excellence relative to customer engagement. They are well trained and committed to a clear standard which I found refreshing and comforting. We were engaged over multiple months, iterations, and a few start and stops (due to issues on our end, not theirs) and they were always on the spot.

Things were not perfect, they rarely if ever are, but there were no areas of concern that would require me to list them or any that I think Zenkoder management is not committed to ensuring the best cusotmer experience.

Measurable outcomes was each stage of development of the website i.e linking the domain name, creating the menu/navigation bar and drop downs from these sections. Adding products to the website along with content and slider bars throughout the webpage. Finally, linking judge.me application and payments to the shopify store.

Project management was very good. Responsiveness was almost immediate and communication was very clear. Items were all delivered on time and any changes requested were dealt with promptly.

There is a designated project manager who manages the development team and communication with us (the client) which helps it run very smoothly. Zenkoders' coding is done to a very high standard with performance in mind.
