They’ve always made time to meet with us and have been clear about representing their areas of strength. New North has been over communicative in this regard. They give us weekly updates, which I find to be a pleasant differentiator in the marketing space. Oftentimes, we have to chase our resources down in order to find out what is being done. The fact that we are kept updated on all the things which have been delivered or accomplished in a week gives us calm. We have a constant rhythm of things being done and good communication around updates.
