Their communication was excellent. I had a lot of projects under construction and had several people communicating with me — contractors, engineers, real estate people, investors, bankers, and lawyers — so I had pretty high standards. I wanted an immediate response to my email unless it’s sent out on a Friday evening. The States of Matter team, however, got back to me on the same night or the following morning, even on a weekend. It was truly a joy to work with them because they had their own strong work ethic but immediately adapted to ours. They got the work done in a timely manner and worked really hard to meet the set deadline.

Even so, the TC Creatives team has been willing to go back and correct individual parts that I want to perfect, such as images that don't match the website’s content. This isn’t their fault—the tasks require someone with my knowledge of movies. Moreover, they’ve found things on the website that they could fix even without my request, and it’s been amazing.
