The team listens to the clients overall need, then creates an outline of the project. We meet weekly with the team to refine and discuss each component of the project. Once the project is ready, the Mindsea team jumps in to create designs and asks for feedback readily. We can track their progress easily. It is very easy to get in contact with the team, who are extremely responsive. Most importantly, the team asks questions. This really helps with communicate and to ensure deliverables are as expected.
