They were flexible and agile when changes arose and figured out how to get things done rather than putting up any roadblocks. Instead of nickel and diming me, they understood that this was the way these projects worked and there was never a conversation about being out of scope. Exemplifi kept rolling with the changes and never complained. Every now and then they would push back to let us know that some of the decisions were risky. When the client wanted the task completed anyway, Exemplifi figured out a way to get it done.
