There have been a few bumps in the road every so often, but whenever I have a complaint or concern, Oozle Media has been prompt in addressing it and showing me that I'm an important client. There was a time when we didn't have a direct person to work with from Oozle Media. They became busier, so it was difficult to get a hold of someone, but Oozle Media has changed this within the last year and a half. The representative who deals directly with us does a great job. We're happy with what she has done, and it has made all the difference.
