In addition, we held structured weekly meetings on Mondays to plan and align on upcoming tasks, and on Fridays where TVM Engineering Services presented progress and results. This gave us clear visibility into the work being done and ensured everything stayed on track. All deliverables were completed on time, and the team was responsive, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
