The communication was excellent and we had access to a Trello board where we could be who was working on what task, with checklists, deadlines and an area where we could check and feedback to them. If something was going to run over, we knew way ahead of time because it was visible to everyone for obvious reasons, yet the whole project was still delivered earlier than planned. They clearly specialise in websites and software, this was evident from day one. I was impressed with how they could explain very technical ideas in a non-technical way and how everything was focused back to revenue or growth ideas.
