Any concerns that I have that something's not working right or if there's a bug they fix it immediately. I've been really impressed with their level of service. I think the communication has been especially good. I am a veteran in the event planning field, but I am new app development. They've walked me through every step. Communication is fantastic. I just really appreciate that aspect of working with them. They put my mind at ease when something doesn't work. They tell me it's going to work and if I say I need something fixed because I don't like the way it looks, they say, "We want you to be happy, we will do it," instead of charging me for more work. They're amazingly customer service oriented.
