When we first launched, we had issues with the form connectivity from our site to our CMS & MA systems. We still collected the information but it was within the web system vs. our MA system. They were able to fix the issues but it did take all of us working together. Glide had set up a full-proof form so we didn't lose the data but it would have been bad had they not been proactive.

One of the best things about working with Fishermen Labs is that you have a product manager who is always available. We worked with Kevin, and Kevin was literally available from morning until nighttime, no matter the time. Eden [Chen], the founder of Fishermen Labs also comes in regularly to check up on the projects and make sure they're running smoothly, which I appreciated. Another thing that impressed me was that the developer also made himself available five days a week; even at nighttime.

Accessibility. I wrote some reviews for them and I mentioned how they had a company trip where they went to New Zealand. My partner and I were not the easiest to work with. We try to be really fair but we are quite demanding. Every single time we made a request or decided to make a change, they would give us valuable input and would always make themselves available very quickly for them to address our concerns. That’s why I have to say so many good things to say about them because I know we’re not easy to work with. We know exactly what we want and we are demanding individuals ourselves. That’s why I think we’re pretty successful. For a team to share that goal and to be able to work with us, I thought was very impressive.
