      Datawalls has a high level of communication. I’m a difficult person to deal with, and many things come up in my profession as a physician. However, they keep a level of communication where if I forget something, they remind me about it respectfully and politely. Overall, their project management is good. Their managing director also pays close attention to me, making sure that what they deliver is what I want. He also ensures that they tell me things they see that I don’t see, and I deeply appreciate that. The Datawalls team isn’t only professional and competent; they’re also humble. Even though they do good work, they’re not arrogant. Other professionals tend to be arrogant since they know they’re good, which is off-putting. When I want something good, however, I just deal with them and move on.

      Delivery is almost always on time disregarding the aspects that are not in Webelight's control like approvals from the stores or the government. Response to the needs was also almost always positive and taken care of without much insisting.
