      In terms of communication, they’ve done a great job, and their response times are fantastic. The team doesn’t pass us back and forth between representatives, which is helpful when it comes to avoiding miscommunication. Have your technical plan and specifications outlined and be very detailed with your requirements. Furthermore, stay on top of communication with them. If you’re able to provide that, they’ll give you precisely what you’re looking for.

      TechPeer understands that we’re a small business, and therefore, they don’t try to sell us unnecessary services as other companies do. They really understand our needs and take the time to talk and listen to any issues we might have. They also take into consideration our needs and tailor a plan specifically for us. There was one, but they already resolved it. We found out that we were paying for things that we weren’t using, and they were really great at rectifying that and dropping the monthly price for us.
