At one point we needed to have a supplemental meeting (about feedback from my board of directors responding to the key page) and the Massive team was happy to schedule that meeting on pretty short notice.       I really enjoyed Hppy Hour Digital’s communication style. Hppy Hour Digital connected with us weekly. We had the ability to connect through Slack with them. For every piece of feedback we gave, they either had an answer or tried to find it. They have strong communication, flexibility, and project planning. If there’s ever an issue, they come back pretty quickly. You have to embrace the fact that communication is important. Some clients want a hand-offs approach, but I think communication is very important.
