BraveNew designed and developed a new website and e-commerce platform for the Galicia Jewish Museum. The project included a complete redesign of the visual layer (UI) and user experience (UX), with a strong focus on information architecture and easy access to key content. An online store was implemented with automated migration of over 400 products, along with integrations for PayPal payments and Apaczka.pl shipping services. 
Additionally, a custom event scheduling functionality was developed and integrated the website with the Ekobilet ticketing system. The entire solution was built on a BraveNew proprietary framework, significantly improving content management efficiency and day-to-day website operations.

1. Increased efficency of website administration (up to 50% less time devoted to monthly operations).
2. Increased efficency of event ticket sales (approximately 60% of event tickets sold automatically via website).
3. Migration of 400+ products from our old online store to the new one (with no manpower used from the client's side)
4. Implementing an online system of shipping and tracking packages (enabling our customers to chose an option that suits them best).

The team consistently met deadlines, was flexible when we asked for more time to decide on some outcomes or to provide content. All of the team communicated effectively and on the spot, using various contact channels (live and on-site, online: via emails and online meetings; by phone, text messages, and so forth). 
Each issue was addressed and resolved according to our needs. The schedule of work was updated accordingly and we always had a clear information on our tasks and the teams tasks as well as what the team was currently working on. This gave us a huge sense of security and clarity.

Regarding UX/UI design, Brave New has designed the divers’ panel and mobile app. The team has also designed a divelog for recording dives with social features, a course management module allowing instructors to conduct courses and issue certifications, and an online examination system.

UX mockup development.
Designing information architecture and content structure, and creating an intuitive way to present a wide product portfolio tailored to the way parents search for dietary supplements for children. 

Design:
The website's graphic design was developed with the distinctive and recognizable visual identity of Biaron products in mind. A coherent system of icons was created to present the product's form and a clear age label, allowing users to find the right supplement within the product list. The same visual elements were consistently used on product pages, increasing the coherence and clarity of the entire system.

Programming:
Building a website based on the WordPress CMS with the proprietary Berka starter and a block-based system for building subpages, making management and expansion of the website simple and convenient, and page layouts can be created by dragging and dropping blocks without any programming intervention.

Adding content and launching the site
After completing the programming, the site was completed with complete content – ​​each product was described in detail using iconography, photos, and substantive text, providing users with clear and easy-to-browse information.

One of the key elements of our collaboration was regular progress reporting. I received ongoing, detailed reports on the work done on the website, giving me complete control over the project and subsequent stages. Constant access to these reports allowed me to monitor the pace of work, verify the scope of completed tasks, and continuously track the website's development.
