I am Cendrella Antoun founder of ToySwap (startup) based in Lebanon. It is a mobile app that helps user to up-cycle unused toys by swapping, giving or getting them.

we wanted to develop a mobile App that will be friendly and easy use.

we were searching for an app developer in our area and we got few quotations from these companies. Then a friend of mine recommended us to get a quotation from COMPU-VISION. After comparing their quotation with other quotation we selected COMPU-VISION based on their offer, their reputation and that they are willing to train us on how interact with app, and give us consultancy.

after we selected COMPU-VISION, we had several meetings to discuss our idea, objectives and goals. After that we started to work with them on our logo design and the design of the app. Then, they share with us wireframes and concept of each section. Besides, they were working on our website. however, during the process they were contacting us with every details and progress they've done.

What was the team composition?

initially we were contacting with Mr. fares Saab , who serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. But we were aware that they have a team behind the scene working on the designs , frontend and backend development

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the app was done, we started to tested in the market and we had a lot of positive review on how smooth the app works and how friendly, easy to use and well designed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

we were always in contact with MR.Saab over phone or whatsApp and we have at least one or two meeting a month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

COMPU-VISION team have a lot of knowledge about mobile app development, web development, user experience and optimization. we appreciate that they were very patient and thoughtful. we highly recommend to work with them and of course we will always work with such experienced company.

They provided full website development services starting from planning and UI/UX design to backend development and deployment. The website was structured to reflect our company identity, showcase our services clearly, and optimize user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Overall, our experience with Compu Vision was positive and professional. However, like any project, there are always small areas where processes can be further refined.

At certain stages, providing more proactive progress updates without requiring follow-up could have enhanced communication even further. Additionally, a more detailed post-launch performance report outlining analytics and optimization recommendations would add extra value.

That said, these points are minor and did not affect the successful completion of the project. We appreciate their professionalism and remain satisfied with the overall outcome
