The goal was to deliver the message that by using this app you would help one step to control the Covid-19 pandemic, and it would also help them to understand their local community by knowing how many people are sick near them.

Videos are very short, about a minute each. The process started with answering a list of questions for CRFT Video and they drafted a script for it. We provided feedback and got the script for approval and also some assets (logos, photos).

Once that was complete, we received animation and voiceovers. This went through a feedback cycle until we were all set.

CRFT used Slack to manage the process, which was really helpful.

Our team is very happy with the video quality and content. We do not have any metrics yet but the video has received positive feedback after it was presented during our pitch presentations.

They started with a discovery meeting where they got to know our business inside and out. They asked all the right questions to understand our goals. after that, we worked together on scripts and storyboards. The videos they made were top-notch. We got longer ones for the website and shorter ones for Instagram ads and Google campaigns. They also took care of voiceovers and editing, making sure everything looked and sounded great.
