Weekly calls demonstrating new functionality based on our requests. Digis' work is consistent, and the results are always great and satisfy our needs. Whenever we make changes to the site, they are able to deliver.

The lead Digis developer is expected to lead an Android development team of 4 developers and report into the Mobile Development Lead. The first task was to implement the workflow and Bluetooth (BLE) protocol to allow the Android app to do Firmware Over the Air updates of hearing aid firmware.

Thereafter the Digis developers have continued to work with us and have completely integrated with our team, delivering various features and improving the crash free rate of our app from <95% to 98% and greater. Most recently they rewrote the BLE implementation of the app for improved modularity and stability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All development output goes through a thorough testing and QA process to ensure conformance with specs - both incremental testing of requirements in individual Jira tickets and overall testing upon completion. Work was delivered on time (or early) and in conformance with specifications.

The developers are very responsive to requests. They have always delivered on time. They also monitor Slack channels where issues are reported and respond of their own accord. The developers have completely bought into our products and go the extra mile to ensure our success.

The turnaround time on requests for additional resources. While longer lead times are preferred, Digis usually has someone available for us within a week. They also have simple contracting which speeds up the onboarding process and keeps expectations of both parties clear. All resources we've hired through tme have been extremely knowledgable in their field and dedicated to their craft.

Software is never delivered quite on time hy anybody, but they were fast and kept communicating with us regarding difficulties and suggestions.

The overall quality of the candidates they provide has been very good whenever we've looked to add resources to the team. And given the geopolitical situation with the war in the Ukraine they've been nothing short of amazing under the circumstances.

We had a major misstep when sourcing one of our early resources with them. But they acknowledged the mistake and while it did take some more time they made good on rectifying the situation.
