I wanted a reliable, fast platform with state-of-the-art technology.

I enjoyed working with their project management staff.

Their communication was great, and they met all our deadlines. We interacted directly with the lead developers.

I don't think much could be improved.

They proposed designs and then refined them in an iterative feedback process with our team. Eleken delivered full designs—including UX improvements—for the mobile app and responsive web platform. Our company developed a smart sensor to launch alongside the mobile and web app.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to their UX expertise, our internal applications and recruitment platform are much more usable. They’ve made our brand stronger.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been quite good since we use InVision and Trello to collaborate. This is something you don't often get with most agencies since they prefer to put a project manager between you and the designers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quality level is outstanding. It's hard to find a team that delivers high quality consistently and on time, but Eleken achieves it.
