Riseup Labs helped us develop a custom internal platform to support our recruitment operations. The project included discovery, UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, QA testing, and implementation support. The main deliverables included a user-friendly dashboard for our recruitment team, candidate and client management functionality, workflow automation, role and pipeline tracking, and integrations to make our daily processes more organized and transparent. They also helped us improve data visibility across active hiring projects, so our team could track progress, manage candidates more efficiently, and reduce manual work.

We also appreciated how flexible and solution-oriented their team was. Whenever we needed to adjust a feature or rethink part of the workflow, they responded quickly and helped us find the best way forward. Their team felt like a real technology partner, not just an outsourced development vendor. You can make it a little shorter if the field doesn't like long answers: What impressed us most was how well they understood our internal workflow and translated it into a practical product. They were not just focused on development tasks. They asked thoughtful questions, suggested useful improvements, and adapted the platform to the way our recruitment team actually works. Their flexibility, communication, and problem-solving approach made them feel like a real technology partner.

Overall, we were satisfied with the collaboration and the final result. If there is one area for improvement, it would be to provide slightly more detailed documentation at the handover stage, especially for non-technical team members who use the platform daily. That said, whenever we had questions, the Riseup Labs team was responsive and helped us understand the functionality. It was not a major issue, but more structured user documentation or short training materials would have made the transition even smoother.

The designers and developers are true professionals. They understand your concept and make it a reality. Great to work with! Very efficient, precise, and handling the final details with ease. I will work again.

During the effective planning, all critical points were discussed, further communication included discussion of recent issues. The project's progress could be tracked using a special program Active Collab, which is very suitable. The project was completed on time and took into account all requirements.

No. I gave them glowing reviews because of the quality of their work. The website was difficult.

Riseup Labs designed user flows made the experience and collaborated on user testing. Our team then did overall mobile app development for iOS Android.

Our business had previous Works with Riseup Labs and felt their knowledge, development skills, and communication were outstanding.

They created an excellent online game for customers during Eid that was accessed via an email account. People will play the game, and there is a leaderboard. We first came out to Appetite to see what could be created and how similar activations had been a hit in the past.

We were satisfied with the activation results and had approx 10000 users. Learnings from this would be to set the probabilities of winning properly and target social sponsorship to drive consumer awareness

Project management isn’t a headache. We set up Zoho for our teams. We also use Zoom to communicate with the project manager. They make it very easy to reach out to them.

How did you select Riseup Labs and what were the deciding factors?

We searched out over three different companies, and we chose Animation Explainers due to their overall professionalism, attention to detail, and price. In comparison, they were not the most expensive.

We have completed more than 10 videos. Animation Explainer videos have been producing 120 seconds to 160 seconds. All videos will essentially show our value proposition to increase leads and appointments for our business.

Their project manager Mr. Dipu was a great communicator and very hands-on with everything that was needed. They were very accommodating from scriptwriting, storyboard, and edit processes, and I didn't have to repeat myself endless times. Just said what I wanted once - and they got it.
