I am the IT Specialist of a development organization. We work for the development of Food and Agriculture related situation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Riseup Labs, and what were your goals?

To develop an e-Learning Platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We followed our official procurement procedure that was an ITB - followed by a detailed technical and financial evaluation. We examined their offer and past experience too.

After the initial meeting they provided Inception Report. Then two (2) sample designs of the e-learning platform with user interface (landing) page was created. They developed a draft e-learning platform in English and Bengali for pilot testing. After the pilot testing following it’s feedback the final version of online and offline version of the e-learning platform was developed. They configured the server and hosted the online version and delivered the offline version in pendrives as required by our office. They provided all source codes and technical documentations, user guide, one pager, etc.

I don't remember clearly but as far as I remember approximately 20 staffs were engaged for this project in different situation - starting from CEO, Project manager, developers, QA, UI Designer, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once our timelines and deliverables were clear, we worked with their senior engineer to scope the project and assigned engineers who would work on it. The team uses mostly Laravel and VueJS for their web development.

At each point, we found them highly professional. They always tried to maintain their commitments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their patience and willingness to cooperate to complete the project as per customer requirement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I need some time to think about it...

We demanded to have a strategy-based action game developed.

I found them on Clutch, along with some other companies. They had some good reviews, so I moved out to them.

Riseup Labs is developing a multiplayer strategy game. In addition, the team is building an iOS and Android mobile app version of the game.

I’ve worked with a project manager and a lead developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our solution was developed and launched in 5 months and is doing well. We continue to work with Riseup Labs to make new games.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Riseup Labs holds weekly meetings to update the situation of projects and works diligently to meet all deadlines. We enjoy working with them; they are flexible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Riseup Labs is dedicated to meeting deadlines and helping in our needs. They are very fast to respond, and our teams work well together.

We did not have any website. So, we hired Riseup Labs for getting a great website for my company.

We have found Riseup Lab from one of my employees online research. They are super professional and dedicated. Also, with my budget, they have agreed to create my company website.

They have used python for my website building. Their developer are super expert and resourceful.

A project manager was always with us who managed to arrange three developers for this project. All the teammates are professional and helpful.

After launching our site, it really helps us to expand our own business.

They gave us a professional site that gives us a huge advantage. It is really an awesome deal for me.
