We’ve designed our process to be as low-lift and stress-free as possible. Your job is to give us clarity; our job is to steer the ship. Discovery Phase (Weeks 1–3): This is the most collaborative part of the project. We’ll run workshops, gather strategic inputs, and align on direction. Communication We use Assembly as our central hub for project communication, sharing deliverables, collecting assets, and scheduling calls. Booking is handled through Calendly, and all meetings take place over Zoom. Strategy Deliverables Strategy requires flexibility, so we use FigJam and Figma for collaborative workshops and frameworks. Everything is built for asynchronous commenting, making it easy to add input when it suits you. Design Deliverables Design reviews happen inside Figma (or Adobe XD when needed), with live commenting enabled so your team can provide design, copy, and technical feedback directly on the work. Test Site Deliverables There are no surprises at the build stage. Once designs are approved in prototype form, we provide access to a visual feedback tool called Pastel. You can click anywhere on the test site to leave comments, helping us refine details efficiently as we work through the build.
