What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Viral Coach's studio setup was great, and the Zoom calls with Nico were amazing. The gear setup, private coaching calls, and hands-on support were also great. Everything was fantastic, honestly. After 120 days in a row of posting, I didn't gain much traction at all on social media.

The guarantee was 1 million views with 300 posts, but the program was only six months long, so they automatically billed us weekly after the program to get to the 300 posts to even qualify for the refund. We never achieved over 7,000 views on one single post, and I posted 121 times in a row.

Viral Coach said it takes time and to keep plugging away to the 300 post mark, but this timeline brings you into their weekly payment system after the first six months, so the guarantee was baked into them making more money.

We were promised 10,000,000 views by then end of our agreement with Viral Coach, or our money back. With this, we have released one video a day, for over 90 consecutive days, across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

With support from Josh, we now have a top-notch filming set up, scripts drafted and ready to go for our team. Josh is always readily avaliable for 1-1 calls, including during filming sessions. If there are any questions we may have with regards to filming set up, body language and candance while speaking.

Our editor Ian is great as well, always having our videos editted and uploaded right on time, with no issues at all. Response time overall has been a positive experience for our team.

For me, my company is more visible on social media platforms. All AI platforms know just as much abuut my company as I do and as of current there is a lot of content surrounding my company that we produce on a daily basis. It has converted to App downloads and awareness of our company.

The project management was great. My main POC was Josh and he was awesome to work with and helping us build my brand. The team was very knowledgeable in the social media world and how algorithms work. For brandareness my needs were most definitely met as the awareness continues to grow. I'm shy with my following but I'm sure that will come with time and as the algorithms learn to place my content.

For the most part I'd say everything was spot on. I wish they had a team that helps with scripts and content creating in it self to lighten the work load. They did provide great hook ideas for content but if there was someone that can help with scripts when time is tight that would be very useful. Also I think explaining that some of the platforms required by the team to use with my company cost more money each month in subscriptions so explaining that better upfront would be useful.

Ross, my account manager, is extremely patient, clearly knows what he's doing, and brings a lot of experience. We wanted to get back into a regular cadence with posting, put in place a solid process, lock in a solid editor, and learn as much as we can about success for businesses using social media. Their staff is incredibly responsive and quick to step up when you have questions and need support. 
The process is very organized and honestly exciting to go through. They are excited for your acheivements just as much as you are! Nico was our rep and was wonderful to work with. I always looked forward to our weekly meetings. We are now setup with a great editor who is helping us get content ready to post on a regular cadence. 
If you are on the fence about using their services, I cannot recommend enough for you to take the plunge and give them a try. Go in with an open mind and put your socials in their trust. They are worth it!

We now have an editor we work with directly that is trained in our branding, communication, and expectations of our social media. We have fully built out recording studio and an understanding of how to operate all equipment, and an understanding of how to use social media for our business. Our social media engagement has gone up throughout our time with Viral Coach as well.
