With the high level of regulatory scrutiny and promotional guidance that needs to be followed in this industry, there's a lot of back and forth to ensure that edits are done properly, medical references are accurate, and verbiage and claims are written in a way that is approved by the FDA. There are probably a few more rounds of review than what they're used to, but they've done a tremendous job turning these things around quickly and making the necessary changes. They've really adapted to the way things are performed in this industry. It’s been a very successful partnership. We’ve averaged 26% increase YoY in our digital advertising profitability. In 2020, we saw a 42% increase in our PPC profitability; that increase came from an increase in sales and cost control. We were able to achieve 4.36 ROI in our campaigns with them. We’ve been very happy with those results. The team is always making sure our accounts are optimized and they test different things. In terms of SEO, it’s a great partnership. Together, we won an award in 2018 from eTail for top website optimization. We’ve seen a 4.2 percent increase in our conversion for organic traffic last year. In terms of sales from organic traffic, we saw an increase of 55%. A lot of that growth comes from the work that we’re doing as it relates to printing out the right content, answering the questions that people are asking, and structuring the pages properly.

We needed to create a website that was user-friendly but also modern and responsive enough to achieve what we needed, and I think we found that balance. We have a website that’s very user-friendly. They’re more than willing to help you at any time of the day. Typically, we receive an immediate response. If, however, they can’t get right back to you on a response for whatever reason, they always get back to you within at least in 24 hours. They’re just such a client-friendly group of guys and gals to work with, and we don’t always see that with every marketing agency we work with.
