When I think of other projects, like some of the technology platforms they’ve helped us design, there is probably some data there that could be interesting. For example, one of the technology projects that Haneke did was to create a tool we call ‘Quote and Connect’. It’s a quoting platform used by our internal sales people and also outside brokers to drive business to FrankCrum. Previous to that, the process was relatively manual. Now we enjoy significantly less time to market. From the time a request for proposal comes in to the time an actual proposal and pricing goes out is now a day rather than a week. The volume of quotes coming through our business has grown by perhaps 3 times, and that’s just one project. There’s just a lot of technology-enabled projects that Haneke has spearheaded which have helped us to improve efficiency and drive more volume of business and engagement, both for marketing and sales.

The most impressive thing about them is the combination of people and talent that they bring to bear in everything they do. I don’t know how they recruit and hire their team, but they’re all high-caliber people and professionals. There isn’t any eccentricity that causes bumps along the way. There are no real barriers. When you bring Haneke Design in, everyone who comes to the table is a professional. That doesn’t mean they’re in suits and ties, nor are they “trying to be too hip” ; they’re real people who are good people, and they have the right intentions and talents.

I think they have the confidence of knowing they have a ton of experience, processes they rely on, and ownership within their teams. Impekable is quick and nimble. They're able to respond to business needs fast, which is what we would have expected of someone of their caliber. I'd known Impekable's head for quite a while, but it was the first time I'd actually engaged his firm. I expected that we'd be working more with his junior staff, but we actually worked with him as part of the engagement. I didn't push for this during negotiations, so this exceeded my expectations.

We haven’t had any real resistance to Drupal because our old CMS was so hard to deal with. We’ve had to wait for scheduled pushes of information. Elevated Third helped us create a good user workflow on the backend. We now have a moderated workflow, which gives us the ability to let each of our divisions have a liaison that can edit their section on the website. Having a distributed format like that has really increased our efficiency and productivity. Then, of course, when they make their changes, it gets reported to our management team. We can then review the content before it goes live. Our marketing communications team looks at all the notifications and will approve or help make additional edits when necessary before the content goes live, which has given our staff a new level of autonomy.
