The team is very involved throughout the whole process. They not only ask for our feedback, they use it to make changes if we think something’s unclear or unhelpful. They're very accessible. We can call them whenever we have a problem. Recently, I reached out to them because the app was a little buggy over the weekend. They emailed me back right away but I didn’t have time to respond. When they didn't hear from me, they followed up with a phone call just to make sure everything was in working order.

Their company does not have a lot of staff turnover and we've consistently worked with the same people during our collaboration. They've been there for us and have come to know what we want. I like that I'm not simply turned over to whoever the new person might be. Other companies we've worked with would pass us off to the new account manager constantly. This comes with a loss of focus. We would need to train that new employee. With Leadhub, if anything, we've had additional staff assigned to our account simply because we're a larger group. When that new person was brought on, she already knew all that there was to know about us. I didn't have to reintroduce myself.

I can definitely tell that they have the latest information in front of them. One of the things I really, really like is that anytime that they present me with a concept or an idea, or any sort of presentation, you can tell it’s been vetted internally. It’s something that you could essentially take for granted, but I really don’t. It’s always a very client-ready product. Even if it’s just in its design phase, they’ve definitely already thought through things on our behalf without us necessarily having to ask for it.
