I was really impressed with their project management. When we began talking about website development, there was the whole framework, wireframes, and design and everything went through sequential steps. It was a very thorough exercise, so I only have positive things to say about them which I don’t for many companies. What strikes me the most is that Anton is extremely proactive amongst all the professionals that we have appointed. He is the kind of person that responds within five minutes whether it is nighttime or daytime. He was always giving solutions; he was very pragmatic in the way he thinks and very structured. I am not an easy critic of companies — I'm usually very harsh. Honestly, with them, I have been really impressed with Anton’s professional leadership.

They have a very consultative and entrepreneurial approach. I think that they are looking to truly grow with companies and grow the brand or whatever project they are working on. They want to build, and they want to make sure that they’re not just slapping up some website, but that it addresses the needs and the mission of the organization. They ask a ton of questions, and they’ve got a great team of people that are all different types of thinkers. Adam is very analytical, Hank is super creative, and Vlad and Henry are the people that can understand both Hank and Adam, and communicate it. They are very analytical and creative but can execute the project. When it becomes very creative and very analytical, they can take those thoughts and actually execute on it.

They've always been very available for client questions. If the clients had a lot of follow-up questions and discussion they wanted to have, Intrapromote has been more than happy to jump on the call, answer emails right away with insights, information, quick answers – whatever is needed for the client to feel really satisfied with the information they've received. However, as far as Intrapromote's work process, they were always very quick to respond and very timely. In this last project, we had a quick turnaround time, about four weeks, and there was a lot they had to get done in those three or four weeks. They were able to complete it on time, they did it on budget as far as their accounting goes, and they were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done on time. There were even emails coming in after normal work hours. Intrapromote is very trustworthy and reliable, as far as the attention to detail and service they provide and making sure the work is done.
