After meeting with them, we discussed what I was looking for, scope of work and then they designed the first version of the website. We had a review call to go over what they had done and I provided revision requests. We had a series of reviews until the website looked exactly how I envisioned it and then we were all good to go.

2 - both were on all emails and calls.

The website is exactly how I wanted it to be and has all the integrations needed.

Effective - very quick response times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very patient and happy to work with my schedule and timeline. Extremely flexible and fairly quick turnaround times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improved communication - better estimates of timelines, or communicating if something will be sent later than the time originally said, more attention to detail/reviewing work to make sure no typos, or editorial errors in case I had missed them.

Not sure how many was on the team. I had one contact person. Any questions I had, I would receive an answer back in a very timely manor

This was the first time That I had to hire a company for a project like this. I was worried about things I might miss. They would send me a list of everything they need before i know I needed them.

I never had to wait for any question I had. Zach was ready to answer everything via email or he was welling to get on the phone to speak to me about any of my concerns I might have had.

They had all the answers to my questions before I even knew what I wanted. They made the process easy and painless.
