URich is a web development company seeking for interesting projects and long-term cooperation. We specialize in web and mobile application development and deliver full-circle development services for our clients.

We needed 5 new developers to create a new team and increase the quantity of work projects. So, We decided to apply to a company that is professionally engaged in hiring specialists.

We were chosing between pay per hire tariff and subscription. Finally, we chose the pay-per-hire payment plan with a fixed percentage for hiring each specialist. It's cost-effective. We had some strong requirements for new employees, so the main goal was to detail all of them to OnHires. As we have seen, all recruiting processes in the company are set up brilliantly. The hiring is carried out with high quality and in the shortest time.

OnHires completed all the open vacancies during 2 months. The team worked with enthusiasm and very quickly.

I’m a Head of HR Department at the company. We create websites on the Webflow to the needs of small, medium and large businesses. Our products are unique and they connect design aesthetics, trends and latter-day solutions.

Our company Scale Up was at the beginning of the journey, so we had to hire employees. And, of course, we needed the best of them. In addition, we had to build HR and recruiting processes in the company for further work.

We have done market research and chose OnHires. We learnt their services, had a call and understand that we really want to work with this guys. We liked their attention to details, deep immersion into the project, confidence and quick communication.

They set up the recruiting and HR services. We discussed their set of services and different payment plans. Finally, we chose the most suitable for us. The goal was to hire staff to open a company and start working with clients, so we chose pay-per-hire tariff. In line with it we paid percent from candidate’s annual salary.

I had a deal with a head of recruitment, a personal manager and CEO of the company during our calls. But also 5 recruiters were working on the project to search for ideal candidates.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve hired 6 people for our team. And I think it’s important to note that all of them are working in the Scale Up now. It’s a serious indicator of the success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated with OnHires almost every day and had short calls 1 time per week. The bonus that we had live access to CRM and necessary online documents during the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very open and transparent — these values ​​are highly correlated with our company policy. Also I really like their way to communicate. Besides, I made sure that OnHires has experience in the field of IT recruiting and an established recruitment process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I know that they improving quality of services and testing new channels to search specialists. I wish the company not to stop this process of development and reach new heights!
