Initially, I had an existing platform for testing with early users, but it suffered from significant usability issues, leading to high drop-off rates. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience by improving workflows and simplifying the presentation of complex investment insights.

The team not only addressed these challenges but also introduced entirely new workflows that streamlined processes, improved navigation, and made the platform more intuitive for users. Their key contributions included:

Their talented team impressed us right from the start with a three-day trial, presenting several design options, each of which was excellent and reinforced our confidence in moving forward. From then on, we worked closely with Anastasiia, who was outstanding throughout the project.

Only a minor point—the UX review could have been a bit shorter, but they took that feedback on board and adjusted by providing additional time at the end of the project to accommodate.

Eleken was super responsive.  We were able to set up slack channels to keep in contact and had daily design meetings to go over progress of the designs. They were very responsive and great to work with!

We have seen significant streamlining of our design process with Eleken. Things get done very quickly and it takes a minimal amount of communication. They are great at communicating with our development team which saves me (the product owner) a lot of back and forth.They have created intuitive and important design updates to our site that have impacted the users in a positive way.

Daniil from Eleken was tasked with creating wireframes and screens for our saas company from absolute scratch. We had challenges with our prior vendor that we had to terminate, so he had nothing to work with except for our powerpoint and Miro generated conceptual idea for the screens. 

Eleken team overall is incredible and they are very fast to respond. The quality of the work is also top-notch, and the amount of iterations has been insanely high given we are an ever-evolving product.Daniil and team really took the feedback about every detail of the product and created pixel perfect work. 

He also took over a few important things like website creation / design, so you get a lot more than just a person who creates Ui/uxwork.

We have incredibly nicely designed, ready-to-go screens that are ready for development. The screens are always ahead of the schedule and Daniil would always add additional enhancement over to really perfect the work
